While the new formula has more creatine and avena sativa, it has considerably less glutamine, no taurine, and a variation of amino acids. Dear Staurt, There are positive and negative effects in my opinion, as you outlined. The positive obviously been 5g creatine per serving which taking twice a day would equal your daily creatine requirements. The avena sativa is proven to work better than the methoxyisoflavone, but its what you want from the product i guess. If your wanting a full range of ingredients opt for Muscle fuel anabolic. I think the Synergy was made with the creatine and test boosters plus whey in mind. Also Iv heard ZMA shouldnt be taken with milk and it leads to faster breakdown, is this an issue in this product? Also in regards to the methoxy content, it has been proven to help burn fat, but you seem to advise against synergy for people not wanting to add bulk. I have recently changed my training from bodybuilding to more sport specific training. I am looking at gaining lean muscle mass and also power and strength. Is ISO 7 the product for me? But with the synergy read up it recommends to take pre and post work out will it affect how effective it will be if i use in the morning and after workout ?
